Phillip Island Holiday House

“Royhaven” Phillip Island holiday house  is an older “Cape Cod” style  house with heaps of renovated charm and personality.

This is a fully equipped Self Catering accommodation with 3 large bedrooms, and a fourth ‘snug’ or occasional bedroom, capable of sleeping up to 11 people quite comfortably. The ground floor Master bedroom has Fitted wardrobes and Ensuite shower room, the family bathroom has a bath with shower over, and there is a separate toilet. There is a small laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a family sized Laundry line outside.

The property has a split system in the main living area along with a cosy wood heater for the cooler months. The upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes and Split System Heating/Cooling.

The Lounge is equipped with a Large TV and Blue Ray DVD player, along with a selection of DVD’s to suit the entire family. The Kitchen has all electric cooking facilities, Cook top, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, electric Fry Pan, electric Slow cooker, electric Veggie steamer, family size Fridge Freezer.

Outdoors you will find BBQ facilities, a large undercover deck with comfy sofa, adirondack chairs and a dining setting for 8 people. There is parking for 4 cars and a double garage set up as a wet day room with Dartboard, Sofa & Table Tennis.

Tucked away behind secure gates and surrounded by private gardens, you wouldn't know you are just a 3 minute walk into Cowes Town.  Thompson Avenue’s restaurants, cafés and shops are literally on your doorstep. The perfect location of “Royhaven” makes it ideal for families of all ages as you can walk to everything in town.  Within 15 mins of strolling along Thompson Ave, you can be sitting on Cowes Beach!

If you fancy a quieter beach, then Red Rocks is a 5 min car journey (or 15 mins on a bicycle) further along Settlement Road. You can walk for miles along this beautiful sandy coastline, one of the best that Phillip Island has to offer, the perfect spot for setting up a game of Cricket on the beach, with warm shallow waters to swim, BBQ facilities, toilets, or you could just sit and watch the sunset, it’s gorgeous!

For Wet days, there is Ten Pin bowling & Mini crazy golf within Cowes, or jump in the car and visit the Vietnam Veteran Museum, Amaze N Things, The Big Wave or the Chocolate factory. There is plenty to do for all weathers.
